We believe human rights to be of the utmost importance. Our human rights policy is consistent with the Core Conventions of the International Labour Organization and requires that we comply with internationally recognised human rights standards. It sets out our position on non-discrimination, harassment and forced labour. Training on modern slavery and human trafficking is available to all employees and is mandatory for employees who have direct interaction with our supply chain. Human rights considerations are also a key element of our M&A due diligence processes.
